Allen County Community Corrections provides this information to inform the public, future candidates for employment, and share its operations with its program counterparts in Indiana.

officially open its doors to its first four residents today. …

For more than a year, Allen County Community Corrections has been working to
convert what was once the Washington House, a privately run drug addiction center,
into an alternative sentencing program for offenders who suffer from both mental
illness and substance addictions.

Feature Story

WASHINGTON - In a ceremony at the U.S. Supreme Court attended by more than 250 people, Surbeck was presented the William H. Rehnquist Award by the National Center for State Courts.

The award was given to Surbeck by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. The honor is named for Roberts’ predecessor.

INDIANAPOLIS – Gov. Mike Pence on Monday tapped Craig Bobay to be the next Allen County Superior Court judge.

Bobay’s appointment fills a vacancy created when Civil Division Judge Dan Heath moved to the Family Relations Division to take over for Judge Stephen M. Sims, who retired in April.
